2S4Y Weekly Sketch--Laura's Sketch 14

This morning I had a chance to make my card for this week's 2 Sketches 4 You challenge based on Laura's sketch--
I used leftover cardstock and paper from my Christmas cards to make this--

I used textured blue cardstock (Archiver's clearance), brown cardstock with embossing highlighted with blue ink and border punch (Making Memories/Cuttlebug/Archival Brilliance Pearlescent Sky Blue/Martha Stewart punch), swirl patterned paper (Provo Craft slab?), "Congratulations" stamp in brown ink (Kolette Hall/StazOn Timber), and buttons and ribbon from my stash. Thanks for looking!
